Order Processing and Delivery Details

Order processing can take up to two business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped under the express post terms and conditions as highlighted by FedEX or Speedpost.

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (typically Easter, Christmas and with the release of certain special offers)

 We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

14 Days Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied in any way with the products that you purchased from our website, please contact us to return them within 14 days of receiving your package. You must then return the package within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Our customer service staff will do their best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by assisting you with one of the following options 1.Delivering another item 2. Replacing your order 3. Refunding the amount paid after deducting our restocking fee of 20% of the product price (shipping fee will not be refunded).
All sale items are not covered by our 14 day guarantee.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Include all original packaging and collateral material. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted.

We will not send email confirmation for packages received.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Oregon Scientific is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

A prompt refund to your PayPal account will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.

Shipped sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Sale items whilst stocks last and for online orders only.
